Join us for an Open Discussion: The Power of Images
We are shaped by the images of modern cities—often dominated by large, interchangeable buildings made of glass, steel, and concrete. But what images do we actually associate with sustainable architecture? And what comes to mind immediately when we think of modern architecture?
We want to replace these familiar images with real, sustainable architecture and materials, creating new visions of cities—cities that represent quality, progress, and forward-thinking. Images have immense power and shape how we perceive urban life. That’s why it’s worth reflecting on the cityscapes we present—and why now is the time to create change.
Join us for an open dialogue with Dr. Christine Lemaitre (DGNB German Sustainable Building Council) and Martin Haas (haascookzemmrich STUDIO2050) as we explore how sustainable architecture can reshape city images and how we can convey new, positive visual narratives of our cities. Topics will include the power of visual perception in urban spaces, innovative ways to communicate forward-thinking urban design, and practical steps we can take together.
